Website terms
The website provides general commercial information and an invitation to enquire. It is not legal, tax, investment, immigration or banking advice and does not create a professional engagement.
Company formation, transfer, identity verification, account opening and other services remain subject to information checks, third-party criteria, statutory requirements, availability and a written scope. No banking, payment, tax or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Government fees, professional fees, taxes, translations, certification, courier costs and third-party charges are included only when stated in a written quotation. UKLTD.UK is an independent service and is not Companies House, HMRC or a UK Government body.
Third-party and regulated providers
An ordered service may be performed or completed by a suitable licensed or professionally supervised provider selected for the case, including an ACSP, company service provider, solicitor, notary, accountant, auditor, translator, regulated financial institution, consulate or embassy. UKLTD may provide a referral link or discount code where available. UKLTD does not itself provide regulated legal, financial, trust or fiduciary activity and does not hold client assets.
Banking and payment applications
Every account and verification process is governed by the chosen institution’s eligibility rules and terms. By asking us to coordinate a pre-check or onboarding, the client confirms that the relevant terms will be read and authorises corporate and personal information to be shared with the selected institution or its partner for that purpose. UKLTD does not open accounts, provide payment services or guarantee approval. Institution tariffs, reserves and deposits are separate.
Instructions, identity and authority
The client must provide accurate ownership, control, source-of-funds and activity information. Where law, professional rules or provider policy requires it, the ultimate beneficial owner agrees to sign a specific written instruction or power of attorney. No incomplete, backdated or misleading instrument will be accepted. The client remains responsible for independent tax, legal, immigration and regulatory advice.
