UK LTD / INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

UK Ltd for International Business

A UK Ltd is used for trade, IT, e-commerce, consulting and other international services. An English company is not an offshore company.

UK Ltd for Trade, IT and Services

For IT and SaaS, a UK Ltd enters into development, licence and subscription contracts, issues invoices and receives payment to a EUR, GBP or USD account. For e-commerce, a domain, website, merchant account and bank details in the main sales currencies are added to the company.

For consulting, design, advertising and education, an English company is convenient as one party to international contracts. The client sees the company number at Companies House, receives a contract and invoice from a British legal entity and pays for the services to the company account.

For trade, the ability to open a local bank account where the main payments take place is particularly useful. Polish clients can pay in PLN, Czech clients in CZK, European clients in EUR/SEPA; for Asia, a company account in Singapore or Hong Kong can be used.

For a large separate project, a UK Ltd can be registered with capital from £1,000,000 or a vintage company with an original incorporation date 10–15 years ago can be purchased.
